Barcode Physical Inventory

We are working with Worthington Tricoder data collectors terminals. We are also resellers of Worthington products.

For our inventory services we are using the Tricoder RF T71. Those are portables data terminal with a laser scanner. They have the ability to produce vocal messages.

The unit is constantly link by radio signals to a computer.

When a clerk scan a barcode, the computer receive the data, check the validity of the code and send back a message to the clerk.

If the barcode is valid the terminal prompt the clerk by vocal message to enter the quantity. If the barcode is invalid, the clerk is advised and can find a valid code for the product.

The combined used of RF terminal and voice messages assure a constant and fast stocktaking.

At the end of the inventory a floppy disk containing all the data counted is generated. Lots of format are available. We can also produce a wide variety of reports according to your needs.

During the count, we are collecting the location, the shelf number, the code and the quantity.

Those data can easily be process to produce the reports you need.
